ARTIST STATEMENT
In my oil paintings, I explore the deep, often unspoken connections between humans, animals and nature. My works are visual narratives of intuition, longing and the fragility of the moment - captured through layers of glazes that create depth and an almost tangible presence.
I am fascinated by the tension between the inner and outer worlds. Whether a woman drifts underwater, her gaze lost in another reality or a quiet moment of intimacy unfolds between human and animal - my paintings invite the viewer to pause and sense the emotions within.
In a world full of distractions, I seek to draw attention to what truly matters: The bonds that connect us. Each figure in my work carries a story - of unity, wonder or self-reflection. I use light as a narrative force to shape moods and create a timeless, almost dreamlike atmosphere.
My paintings are mirrors of inner worlds, inviting contemplation and emotion.
